Refund & Exchange Policy

At Lau’s House Designs, we take great care in selecting and offering high-quality, artisan products. Due to the nature of our items and small business operations, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

That said, your experience matters to us. If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your purchase at laushousedesigns@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• Items must be inspected upon receipt
• We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery or use
• Variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur, especially with handcrafted items, and are not considered defects
